Services
Starts as coaching. Ends as systems that run without me.
Every engagement is built for one company: yours. The curriculum doesn't exist until we meet.
How every engagement moves.
01
Diagnose
We map your workflows and rank them by impact and urgency. Every engagement starts here.
02
Learn
You and your team get fluent with the tools — on your real data, never on samples.
03
Transform
Your actual work turns into automated systems, one workflow at a time.
04
Runs without me
What we built keeps running every morning — long after the last session.
01
Custom Training
One engagement, three outcomes.
Typically six weeks of weekly sessions — shaped to your company.
Capability
You and your team run AI daily — not watch demos of it.
Automation
Your existing work, rebuilt to run itself.
Assets
Systems that keep working after the last session.
02
Sprint Build
I build. You take over.
For when you need the result more than the lesson — or when Custom Training surfaces something worth building outside session hours.
Scope
Two to four weeks. Fixed scope, fixed fee — agreed before we start.
Build
I lead the build. You give input in weekly check-ins.
Handover
Ends with a handover session. Your team runs it — this is not outsourced maintenance.
What clients walk away with.
01600 product reviews distilled into advertising copy
02Financial statements cross-checked until the contradictions surfaced
03A brand definition document the whole company creates with
04Search ad operations run in-house, without an agency
05The CEO's review standards, cloned into an AI persona
06Meeting recordings that become structured, shareable notes
07A P&L dashboard with traffic-light alerts on every campaign
All real, all in production. Client industries span payments, cosmetics, furniture design, and marketing.
Skin in the game.
I'm not an advisor who leaves after the deck. I run my own companies — real estate, hospitality — on the same systems I build for clients. If it doesn't survive my business, it doesn't reach yours.
Questions, answered.
How is this different from ChatGPT?
ChatGPT answers questions. Claude Code does the work — it reads whole folders, connects to Notion and spreadsheets, remembers your company's rules, and re-runs a task on a single command. If ChatGPT is a smart friend on messenger, this is an AI employee at the next desk.
I can't code. Is that a problem?
No — it's the point. Every client so far has been a non-technical executive. If you can describe the work in plain language, you can run it.
How much does it cost?
Every engagement is scoped for one company, so there's no price list. Email me three lines about your company and I'll come back with a scope and a number.
Who is this for?
CEOs and teams who are done watching AI demos and want their own work automated — payments, cosmetics, design studios, marketing agencies so far.
How do sessions run?
At your office or remote, always on your real data. Nothing we build is an exercise — it goes straight into your operation.
What happens after the program ends?
The systems keep running without me — that's the design. Clients who want more continue on a monthly basis: advisory, new automation, whatever the next quarter needs. We shape it when we get there.
Is my company's data safe?
Everything runs on your machines and your accounts — I don't take copies. Paid AI plans don't train on your inputs. And for the genuinely sensitive — unit costs, drawings, contracts — the first thing I teach is how to mask it before it ever enters a session. Setting the data rules is week-one work.
Which one is you?
Three lines about your company is enough.
